the tryhard 1st run vs the easy 20th

20th run today, sarap sa feeling hahaha! First run was super try hard yung tipong wala kang alam sa running kaya takbo ka lang ng takbo kaya parang yung baga mo hihiwalay na lmao

endured 3km with no walks today too which is my longest straight run, easy mode, may papitik pitik ng vo2 max in between kasi im trying to raise my vo2 higher, currently sitting at 37-39, baba diba? Ang hirap parin itigil ng nicotine, pero sa tingin ko pag nawala to I can see better improvements, longest run is 15k, trying to train freestyle way for half mara, sa tingin ko kaya naman, but aabutin siguro ng 2:30 to sub 3hrs yung run.

at dahil 9k lang yung naitakbo ko today (may hinabol na oras) excited na ako tumakbo ulit bukas.
