Cancelled my Metrobank Titanium. It took 30 minutes to cancel.

I like to share my experience in metrobank i cancelled my titanium because at the very first place it is not the Card that I applied.

There's no queeing this when I call but umabot ng 30 minutes. 3x ako pinasa from general agent to loyalty department to retention specialist. But of we're going to exclude the holding around 10 minutes lang.

Medyo matagal lang sa specialist kasi ang daming pa konsensya at pa budol.

And I just know na si Metrobank hindi pala shared ang limit. Iba ang Titanium and MFree na limit.
