Just diagnosed

So i (22 F) was just diagnosed with PCOS and i wanted to ask you guys what your experiences with it are? So far I've gained a bit of weight, 37 pounds to be exact, and I've gotten acne all over my jawline, and pretty much a long dark thick hair coming from under my chin. Ik some women experience pain with it, i haven't yet, but was wondering if i might?
