Did anyone’s Ob-gyn said they don’t have PCOS even though they had all the symptoms?

UPDATE 01/15/25 : *I visited a new OB-GYN yesterday, and she was wonderful. She seemed to listen to my concerns. My lab results from last year were good, but they didn't cover everything, so she ordered additional tests. I also have an appointment with an endocrinologist on 02/06. In the meantime, my cousin, who is an OB-GYN in Europe, recommended I try Inofolic HP. I've been taking it since 12/24/24, and it helped me get my period on 01/09/25 after months of not having one. *

Ever since I got my first period, it’s been irregular—sometimes just twice a year, other times a bit more, but never monthly or more than five times annually. I’ve gained a lot of weight (my BMI is now 33), and while I lost 70 pounds with intermittent fasting, it all came back. I have hair growth all over my body except for my head, where it’s thinning. I also struggle with mood swings and occasional depression.

My OB-GYN said my ultrasound and Pap smear looked fine, ruling out PCOS, but I’m wondering if I should seek a second opinion.
