Has anyone had any success in losing your hormonal belly?

I have PCOS and on Metformin. I have lost more or less 15kg and no matter what I do, I still have the hormonal belly type and I can’t seem to get rid of it. The little pouch of fat is so annoying. Has anyone gotten rid of it successfully? If so, do you have any tips like what kind of exercise or diet would be best, or any supplements that could help? Thank you.
