Inositol and Perimenopause. Anyone else in this phase of life with PCOS?

Im 47 and taking progesterone for perimenopause symptoms. The doctor took me off birth control due to higher risk factors since I have migraines. Which got a LOT better off BCP. He says there's nothing else he can do for PCOS if I can't afford the GLP-1 meds that insurance won't cover. I don't take metformin anymore because it was causing accidents after my gallbladder came out. Anyway, I'm trying inositol for the first time and after two weeks I'm definitely eating less and craving less. I'm curious about anyone else's experience in this stage of life. Im morbidly obese and haven't been able to lose anything since my gallbladder came out in '18. I was already struggling to lose when that happened, and now in perimenopause they keep telling me to expect more weight gain despite diet and exercise.
Im hoping the inositol will help with this, but i haven't heard from anyone else who is in perimenopause with PCOS who is taking it.

Any input would be great. Thanks!!
