Small daily changes/tips/“hacks” that have made an impact on your PCOS?
Besides nutrition, exercise and meds/supps, what small changes have you made on a daily basis that are helping you? So far I have - - changed my water bottle and containers from plastic to glass - started 10 mins meditation through a guided app at night before bed - lymphatic system face massage once a day - changed all oil products to evoo only - choosing more endocrine friendly cleaners/beauty products - eating my protein filled breakfast within an hour of waking up then having my coffee afterwards (instead of the other way around) Would love to hear everyone else’s tips!
