Slow Loser but Still Going

Hi! I struggle with PCOS and while I’ve been on ozempic since May 2024, working out regularly and eating pretty healthy, I’m losing so slowly. I can’t seem to dip below 190 but I’m trying hard not to lose motivation. What I will say is I see a difference in my body despite the scale. I’m posting this for others who might be in the same boat 🩷 the difference between pic 1 and pic 3 is only 5 lbs! I’m trying to adjust my thinking and it has been a hard while seeing others successes. Any advice from other slow losers is appreciated! Slow and steady is my vibe I guess 😂
