NEW DPS CONCEPT: NIGHT HAWK the First Quilla Warrior

Achiq Cajavilca is a former inti warrior, who after sustaining server bodily damage during a Omnic attack on Runasapi, during the Omnic crisis. This damage cause the solar threading throughout his body to be damaged and unrepairable. This lead to Achiq Cajavilca being relived of his duties at the age of 26. However, Achiq Cajavilca would not accept this fate. He dawned the new persona of Night Hawk and became a vigilante that protected Peru, abandoning the Inti Warriors who discarded him. Since he could no longer harness the power of the Sun, he gave himself the new tittle as the first Quilla Warrior.

PURPUSE OF NIGHT HAWK – HOW DOSE HE PLAY?

Night Hawk is designed to fill a unique role in the DPS hero roster. He is designed to be a Supportive DPS (in contrast to Illari being a DPS support). Night Hawk comes with a defensive kit that allows him to help support his allies with healing and damage boosting.

LUNAR SHOTGUN

A short-range auto charging shotgun. It shoots in an upside-down triangle pattern.

BOOST DRONE

Deploy a Drone that follows a selected ally and either heals them or boosts their damage. Recall the drone by pressing the interact key.

ABILITY TYPE: Targeted

COOL-DOWN: 8 seconds  (default). 16 seconds (under attack).

HEALING: 30 per second.

DMG. AMPLIFICATION:  +20% dealt.

DURATION: Until destroyed.

·      35 meters (deployment)

·      5 meters (healing/dmg amplification)

MOVEMENT SPEED: 30 m/s (drone flight)

NOTES:

·      When being deployed, you need LOS of the target you are sending the drone to. After which the drone will travel through walls until it is within 5 meters of the target and not in any terrain.

·      The drone will only heal the targeted player if they are either below 50% health or if they have gone 2 seconds with taking any damage.

·      The drone will only damage boost the targeted player with they are above 50% health. (THIS BOOST DOSE NOT STACK WITH MERCY; HER BOOST TAKE PRIORITY OVER THE DRONES).

·      If the targeted player moves more than 5 meters away from the drone, it will move towards them (even flying in the air in situations like Pharah).

·      If a new drone is deployed while one is active, the old one will be destroyed.

·      A deployed drone can be recalled using the interact key at any time. As long as it hasn’t taken with the last 3 seconds, this has no effect on the cooldown.

·      If the drone is damaged by an enemy, a new one cannot be deployed for 3 seconds, if it is destroyed or recalled during this time, it will immediately go onto its longer cooldown.

HEALING ECLIPSE BARRIER

Create a Small Square Barrier at a targeted location. Bullets you shoot through the barrier now also heal allies alongside damaging enemies.

COOLDOWN: 17 seconds

BARRIER HEALTH: 250

DURATION: 8 seconds.

Max. Range: 20 meters

AREA OF EFFECT:

·      4.5 meters in hight

·      4.5 meters in width

CAST TIME: None.

Notes:

  • Bullets Night Hawk shoots through the shield now heal allies as well as damaging enemies, like juno and ana’s guns. His headshot multiplier dose not apply to heals done through the Healing Eclipse Barrier.
  • Hold to target. While targeting, a line on the floor is generated that shows the player where the barrier will be drawn when the button is released.
    • Targeting can be cancelled by pressing Primary Fire or Escape.
    • Only one barrier can be active at a time. Creating a new one replaces the previous.
      • A new barrier cannot be created near the location of an active Healing Eclipse Barrier.

Notes:

·      Launches  Night Hawk into the air granting free flight for the duration, replacing his next shot with a solar energy ball.

·      ENCHANTING MOON can be cancelled by abilities like sombra’s hack or any stun abilities.

·      Allies within Enchanting Moon explosion radius will become Moonsurged, gaining a 40% boost to both movement Speed and damage. However, if a Moonsurged player receives a total damage equal to 50% of their original Hit Points (HP), they will lose the Moonsurged buff.
