What are some Overwatch Headcanons did you have before learning the lore? I used to think Reaper was the Main Villain just from appearance (Read body text for more)

For me, back then I used to think that Reaper was A: the Main Villain of Overwatch or B: part of Overwatch and was the edgelord of the group (funny enough it actually became true cuz of the blackwatch storyline)

And another was before I learned anything plot wise I used to think Sigma was gonna be the big bad (since I watched his introduction video years ago through a youtube recommendation) and thought since he’s basically introduced as a God I thought he would be the unstable leader of Talon.
