Open Outlook to read message - iOS

MS Outlook on iOS for past few days shows “Open Outlook to read message” on home screen and doesn’t show preview. I searched previous Reddit posts, tried uninstall-reinstall, enable-disable Face-ID trick, tried enable-disable passcode trick, restarted the phone. Any other suggestions?

I tried to switch to default iOS mail app and Spark, but doesn’t provide the features and flexibility that Outlook has.
