This is Pheem and while he's not the brightest fish in the sea he has a cute wife so like.. That's gotta count for something! Right? R-Right...? Anyway make some headcanons about him and I'll give you some back in return whether from my own POV or Pheem's POV, just depends on what I'm feeling at the moment.
