Rude Examiners! Is there anything you can do?

I have experienced & heard stories, reading other redditors posts here. Lot of examiners are RUDE. That much is obvious. Is there anything you can do against the Drivetest people? Lets say if you think you are being wrongly accused of not following rules, when in reality it is the opposite.
