Failed my road test, feeling completely hopeless.

I failed my road test and I’m feeling completely crushed. I got a car last year hoping I would get my liscence, and after months of trying, I finally got an appointment. I failed and the examiner was awful, to the point I’m left traumatized and wanting to give up. I feel like I will never get another appointment based on the backlog and am thinking of selling my car. Anyone else have a similar experience? Could use advice.
