Having hard time deciding for mech eng

I have two offers that I just can't decide on which one to take. Which offer should I choose, and why?

Scholarships is not a huge deciding factor for me but I have about 7k from queens and a entrance scholarship from carleton for 3k each year if I maintain high grades.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
