Are there any free online dating sites/apps that are actually good?

I've always wondered whether there was any good FREE online dating sites or apps but I've never really found anything. apart from Hing witch still seems to work pretty well even if you don't pay. tinder and bumble work ok as well but TBH it's only ok.
