Help Making CEC work with LG C1 (SR-373)

What am I missing?

• I got the right cables: Ultra High Speed (2.1) and High Speed (2.0) both high quality and new
• I got the ARC function as ON on the ACCUEQ menu
• Connecting the HDMI out on the SR373 to the HDMI 1 ARC on the LG C1 (HDMI 2)
• Have audio output to HDMI (ARC) Device (all 4 TV outputs)
• HDMI input format to Bitstream and Digital Sound Output to Auto (both on LG C1)
• Input on SR373 to TV
• Quick Menu option HDMI to AMP (SR373)
