Game recommendations for 40 dad

I'm a 40 year of dad of 2 that has limited time to play, normally an hour or so before bed if nothing else comes up. So far I've been playing a ton of walkabout and Golf+. Also a little VR fishing which was relaxing, but felt more like cast and catch vs actual fishing.

Last night I played cubism and loved the MR and challenge of it in the higher levels.

I hated Vail. 15 seconds in and I wanted to puke from VR sickness... it ruined about 24 hours of my life.

Typically I'm into sports and shooter games, but what else is there for me on the Quest 3?

UPDATE: Thanks everyone, dads/old guys are the best! Didn't expect nearly as many suggestions so this will take a while to get through. Here's where I sit.

Downloaded all of the free/Quest + suggestions below, but have only been able to play twice; Population One and Red Matter.

  • Population One is a lot of fun once you get the controls down and gave me zero VR sickness. So far I haven't come across any old dudes, but even the younger people were very friendly and elevated the experience. I see myself playing a lot of this.
  • Red Matter is good. I like to puzzle aspect of finding your way through everything, but do wonder if there is an action element to it, just feels like that should be coming. I do get a little VR un-easiness, but I wouldn't call it sickness. Was able to play for an hour with no adverse effects when I stopped.
