Has anyone experimented with smart tariff hopping?

I was in a post the other day and a person commented that they swap between smart tariffs and the app gives them the option to swap basically on a daily basis. I emailed octopus CS and they confirmed you can but there “may be” a 30 day period where you can’t switch again. Has anyone experimented with this? I’m considering trying it out during periods of higher agile prices but I don’t want to be stuck for 30 days if I only want to swap for say, a week.
