screen glitching/flickering PS5

hi all, was wondering if anyone could help, for the last couple days/week i’ve noticed that my screen flickers and glitches whenever i play overwatch on PS5. i messed around with the settings in game and found that it only happens when i’m playing on the frame rate option.

i thought it might’ve been my monitor or playstation but this doesn’t happen with any other game i play, when i open my dashboard my screen cuts and glitches but as soon as i close the game everything goes back to normal.

the game and my playstation are both fully updated and i haven’t made any changes to my screen settings in a while so this sudden glitching has come out the blue

has anyone else experienced this? and if so does anyone know a fix?
