Viking road assistant price?

Hello,

Last week I were in a road trip in Norway and I had to call Viking 06000 because my car got stuck in a icy road.

So it took 4h but a tow car came and they took me out of the icy road with a towing cable.

They didn't charge us anything for that.

The car was a rental car from Sixt, and neither they have charge me for anything related to that.

Is it because it's included in our insurance (the cheaper one of Sixt) or is that service free in Norway? Or is it because it take a while to process and I will be changed soon?
