Can I be allergic/intolerant only to BAKED or cooked blueberries?

I can eat raw blueberries like they're nothing. But having even 3 eggo waffles with little blueberries baked inside made me so sick today. It lasted all day. I had them at like 10 am for breakfast and the sickness last till 11 pm.

When I had pierogis with a baked blueberry filling once, I got the most sick I've ever been in my life. I got the worst nausea and stomach aches I've had in my entire life (coming from someone who's had a lot of them). I strained something in my throat so hard from vomiting that I haven't been able to painlessly throw up since. It felt like my throat was going to explode, I was actually really worried that I damaged something.

TLDR: My body aggressively rejects only baked or cooked blueberries, but I'm just fine eating them raw. Why is that?
