Did I finish the story so far?

This is probably a dumb question but is beating the bandit boss in the sewers/twins in Namless Pass the end of the game so far? Obviously there's the crucible but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious. People are talking about being much higher level and I'm level 17.
