Unable to see friend’s freighter in No Man’s Sky

Hey all, my friend and I were playing creative multiplayer in No Man’s Sky and we are unable to see each other’s freighters. In NEXT, we used to be able to go on board each other’s freighters and warp to different solar systems, but now you can’t even see each other’s freighters. The ships in the hangar are suspended in the air and you can see the other NPC ships circling the hangar, but you cannot see the freighter itself or interact with it. I’m aware that there are glitches in BEYOND but this is game breaking for us. Just thought I would bring this to all of your attentions.
