I don't enjoy it anymore but can't stop

I have been watching porn since I was 13 , I wasted my entire teenage years fapping. Learnt about nofap more than a year ago and been trying to quit but just can't .

I am 20 now ,had a gf until the beginning of this year we broke up and I started PMO cycle again . I don't even enjoy porn at this point but i still continue to watch and masturbate and the post nut clarity is so fuckin bad I feel like absolute shit
