Fix my volume button?

This is a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV. I bought it back in March. The volume button on the steering wheel is stuck turning the volume down. I’ve tried using a tool to pull it back up but it just stays there. I feel like it’s been used too hard for too long and I’m not sure if there’s anyway I can fix it or if I need to take it somewhere.
