buying digital games offering to download in secondary account? ano sa tingin niyo?

First time switch user here, I saw some sellers offering cheap prices for digital games pero need to install from a secondary account. Meron sa Shopee and sa Lazada..

anyone used those games? Are they okay? Playable or baka may issues.. what are your thoughts?
