Deposit issue, 24 hours+.

Here’s my issue, I make a deposit into NiceHash, I get an email about compliance, then another about the travel rule. (This was always the case) I go to my deposit, it has 3/3 confirmations, I click on it, there’s no button to enter the travel rule data. The only time it shows up is 24+ hours later when the support people FINALLY respond. Do I need 100 confirmations on the transaction now to enter my travel data? WTF is going on. I’ve been messaging support for days asking what is going on and they don’t tell me anything. I just want an explanation or someone to fix this. It’s very frustrating just having funds locked for no reason.
