How does using memes with music in them affect the video?

So my content appeals to a sort of weird audience, and I like to include mostly shitposting or brainrot memes.

Im working on a video now and I was wondering how the usage of certain memes can affect copyright.

A lot of memes are funny due to the music, like a cat singing "monday left me broken" or the big brain "but you didnt have to cut me off".

Does using these memes affect my video? Even if they are only on screen for 1-2 seconds?
