Got made redundant, Going to try to take my channel full time

I've been a YouTuber for about 7 months, I have 20k subs, and am getting around 250k views a month. I make Gardening videos that are a bit more science focused (think veritasium, v sauce, stand up maths)

Today my whole team at my full time corporate job got made redundant. My pay out is pretty good, about 4 months salary.

My RPM is pretty good, revenue so far is nothing to sneeze at. About $3k AUD ($2k USD) per month. About 3x that is about where I need to be to survive/ hit the average wage here in Australia

So far I've been making 1 video a week, which takes around 12 hours.

So I'm going to try and make 4 videos a week, will be a lot of work but achievable. And that should hopefully start getting me towards that target revenue. And will still be roughly 40 hours a week if I can improve some parts of the process.

I'm sure it's going to be a huge challenge

Wish me luck

Consider checking out my 2nd channel (link in bio) where I'll try to document the turbulent journey but no promises.
