Y’all please stretch

This is a warning to y’all I didn’t stretch at all or warm up I would go in cold and grind my ollies for 2 hours and I fucked up my knee. I’ve been out of commission for a few weeks and I probably won’t be able to skate for at least 2 months. If you start getting any kind of knee pain don’t ignore that shit take a few days or weeks off it’s better than a few months. So if you’re like me and grind relentlessly everyday please stretch this shit is so lame I’m just inside all the time now
