Everyone with a chill kid... I hate you

Just kidding. But my wife & I are jealous. Our son is insanely wild. He's 1 and has always needed, LITERALLY, constant attention. He can almost never play on his own. If he sees us doing something like eating, on our phones, or on our computers he pretty much just goes up to us and screams/fusses until we give him our full attention. He is very sweet, but this behavior is unbelievably frustrating and draining. There's no way he would be allowed at a daycare. Wife has had multiple meltdowns every month (sometimes multiple a week) since he was born. I see my friends having their THIRD kid and I'm like... How? 3 of our current bubs would certainly land us in a mental hospital (don't worry, we love him more than anything lol).
