Someone is keeping strange black magic objects outside our house
Hello redditers of Nepal
I live with my family in Bhaktapur. This strange incident started around 2 months ago when we noticed a tapari full of moong daal, some weird round things and sometimes some combination of flowers outside our main gate. Some background on the geography of the house. We live in a peaceful neighbourhood and we have decent neighbours as well. The main gate is attached to the outer wall that goes around the property. The front wall that the main gate is attached to goes on for about 8 meters.
The aforementioned object used to be kept right in front of out main gate. It is no mistake; the person who kept the thing wanted to purposely keep it FOR us. Soon we noticed that the thing used to appear on Tuesday mornings. We then found out that the person who is doing this keeps it there on Monday evenings/ night. We were naturally very scared, irritated and curious.
My dad installed a security camera and even trimmed the arch of vines that went across the gate and the wall. We then waited for the next Monday to come. No one came. Next morning there was nothing kept outside the door. We thought that was the end of this fucktard superstition.
Today at 8pm, when I go out to close the main gate, I see something has been kept under the front wall a bit far from the main gate. A closer inspection revealed the same object and this time there were some pieces of weird cloths (picture attached). This person has cleverly found a blind spot in the camera that is hidden by a small shrub.
If anyone here has had a similar experience in the past with this kind of jack-assery or if anyone here knows what this is, can you please explain? Also, if you can tell me what can we do legally if we happen to catch this person.
We are absolutely tired of this shit. We all are educated and we generally dont beleive in this shit but I guess when it happens to you, it does feel a bit weird. It makes me think why would someone hate us to this extent.
