Electronic music with Emergency Broadcast sound at the beginning

I've been listening to music on Spotify lately, and a music came up quite often, with this typical emergency beep at the start (ex. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxF2c_nhiGM). It had some kind of lyrics, that "This is not a test" or something of that sort. I'm not sure about it's genre, but I think it was a DnB song.
While we're at it I'd like to listen to similar, quarantine inspired songs, if you guys know some :))
