Seaside Park, NJ Beach Orbs

Last night around 12AM PST, I was watching a live stream of the Seaside Beach Live cam and caught this white light in the ocean. The first video, it comes in rand moves across the ocean at a really slow pace. The original video is about 8 minutes long, but I sped it up. Throughout the live, you would see it come in and out of the frame. The second video is another white light, but this time ist is accompanied by a blue light as well. Someone was saying it was cruise ships, but I wouldn't know. Does anyone know what these are?
