Convince me the TOTY are in packs

After 14 hours of TOTY event drop there are only 5 TOTY cards in AH and all of them are PWHL, lets say people who pulled NHL ones are keeping them but I did not seen a single post on any socials or a video / streams of someone actually pulling one. There is no way they are in packs and even if the odds are <1.0% I still think some would be lucky enough to pull at least one.
