Nate Herbig holding Burrows arms while landing on him (with Cam Heyward) should be grounds for suspension

This was very clearly a dirty play by a team that was getting ramroded and had nothing going on. Out of coincidence he smashes Burrow on his head where he has no way of protecting himself. Imo he should be suspended
