was the c1rinq from mamamax's puppystomp.mp4 even real

One of max's worst videos puppystomp.mp4 has max's edgy hotline miami OC hunt down an animal abuse cult and dogfighting ring on tiktok and Instagram called the c1rinq. Looking back at the video and realizing all of the horrific peta tactics like forcing his viewers to watch a clip of a puppy being beaten to death without warning and then sells the clip on his patreon. There max telling his viewers to hunt down pedos,rapists and animal abusers and to kill them not for safety but to please max's sadistic urges and putting kids in danger and exploiting mentally ill people which is just fucking horrific.

But one question asks me is that was this cult that was torturing animals and running dogfights even real in the first place. Like did max actually find this rabbit hole because nobody knew who these people were back then not even me but i was like 16 so i went with the flow and believed him. There was some videos posted but it was before puppystomp came out and all those gacha life videos on how to find the C1ring never existed. Like i knew mylol,kidschat,IMVU were real but max had written some shit into his script and told his editor to add in stuff that was not even true to make them look bad to draw attention. Or was this just made up by max like cartoon incorporated and Camden the so called Therian pedophile where max just got actors payed his editor well to make it believable and got videos of animals being killed and accused a cult of doing shit. It also looked like it took place in a different country like brazil or Africa or something. As for the accounts they are apparently deleted off the internet except for troll accounts made just to piss people off.

Like if this was real then max doomed humanity and probably himself in danger the C1rinq members have seen the video and probably want revenge on him. Or was this just another grifting scheme. I legit feel bad for hotline miami fans who had to put up with him.
