Senior night Fenway ticket

Has anyone gotten their ticket for this? I paid but nothing’s shown up in the MLB app.

UPDATE : Been talking to the people at the park - apparently Caroline forgot that she needed to forward them to us and it wasn’t automatic, then clocked out for the weekend. The staff at the park know she fucked us over, but go to Will Call at window 5 and they’ll straighten you out.

Final update: Will Call actually did not help, despite what staff had told me. A very nice lady at the security let me through without a ticket. Caroline Carr is totally incompetent. REFUND!
