Lot of influencers ncera grifted this game even without EA compensating them because their primary goal is to grow their platforms and the hype was so massive of course they were going to play into it for that very reason. The gamble with this is that the ability of EA to kill your credibility with your fanbase is far greater than their ability to care about their games.
