Is Larry Bird really that bad?

On PC, and it's my first time actually buying a card for over 100k because the market is crazy and I got really lucky on the 1 box I opened (Season 2 super pack that gave me Butler and Wemby). After seeing people here talking about Bird having a terrible release, I'm worried I made a bad decision. The extra HOF badges make me think this was a good deal though. What do y'all think?
