Fuck you 2k, you are the cheapest company ever.

I am so sick of this company ripping people off. I purchased a pack of winter warriors cards and as I bought it a message came up saying game needs to reset to update. It reset but when it came back on the mfp I spent was gone and I didn't receive the pack I purchased. I contacted 2k and sent them a video of the whole thing. They replied with yes you got the pack it was just a visual error and you couldn't see yourself opening the pack. Really? Do you think I'm that stupid? They gave a list of the rewards I received but I already had them all previously so how could you truly tell? You'd think my mfp would change because of duplicates but no. No change there either. Hey 2k, your game is at the end of its cycle and you can't give someone a free pack of cards or a lousy 23,000 mfp back that costs you absolutely nothing? Even after video proof? People shouldn't have to fight for what is rightfully theirs. Fuck you, fuck your company , I am never buying a 2k product ever again. This is not how you treat customers.
