Got rid of the app (accidentally)

One day I was clearing out my storage on my phone I was not paying attention and I deleted the app. I was so pissed about and this was after they took it off of the App Store. A couple days later I see that my friend has the app.

Can I do any thing with that. Can he send me the app?
