Movies that are a mix of sad and funny ?

Just watched Don't Look Up and I loved how it was a mix of both sad and funny at the same time. I am looking for more such situational comedies but also has a deeper meaning/sad tint to it, if I am making any sense. If possible please suggest movies that are available on Amazon/Netflix. Thanks in Advance! :)
