What is THE best mouse?

I have virtually unlimited money to spend on a mouse (though I’d really hate to spend more than $200). Recently my gpx stopped working and I’m looking for a new mouse. My hands are roughly 6.5x3.5in and I play in a relaxed palm and sometimes claw grip.

What is, in your opinion, the TOP, best of the best, mouse on the market right now. Doesn’t have to be the newest thing out there nor does it have to be the lightest possible option, but for tac-fps gaming what is the best.

If you had as much money as you wanted to buy a mouse, taking into account availability and stock, what would you get?
