Where to ride

So I got an electric bike (the one below) but don't know where to ride it?
It's super quiet, but I understand people still do not want to be approached at speed if they are out for a walk on a trail.
Is there anywhere to ride these, I'm more into green laning than racing around a track.
Ideally looking for a few people with similar bikes to head out with once every few weeks. Based in Dublin.
