Is there a horrible illness going around???

I know it's that time of year, but I haven't been sick in YEARS, and this one is kicking my ass. I tested negative for Covid and Flu, but it's definitely respiratory illness. I'm barking like a seal, sneezing my head off, horribly congested and basically just miserable. What is this plague, and does anyone else have it?

Update: I went to Urgent Care late yesterday afternoon. Of all the horrible things that are going around? I HAVE THE COMMON COLD. Hahaha! But I'm glad I went. Doctor could not hear anything in lower left lung and said, "That's concerning." So she had me do some inhalation treatments and said it was much better, and almost certainly ruled out pneumonia. She prescribed an inhaler for me to use at home until my coughing and wheezing clear up. Note to self: Don't wait so long to see a doctor! I suffered for three days needlessly when there would have been a helpful treatment available.
