Do you guys consider the Monsterverse a dead franchise?

I’ve always second guessed myself on everything I loved based on the opinions of others. I saw a 3 year old Reddit post about how the Monsterverse died with GVK, but GXK was a smashing hit. The fans liked it, it was the number one grosser in the MV. I know it seems dumb to be posting about if a franchise is dead on that franchise’s respective subreddit, but I’m still curious to know. The writing quality was the worst part about GXK from what I know, but did ya’ll watch GXK for the most beautifully crafted plot with crazy twists, or the batshit insane crazy action of the Showa Era that Wingard is trying to bring into the Monsterverse? I know why I did. So with all said, speak your opinions.
