Is playstation iceborne alive?

I know this question is asked every 5 minutes in this sub but i just got back into mhw after i dropped it 3 years ago but after trying rise and seeing how cool wilds looks im having the best gaming experience practically ever, im only rank 9 so i get why i only see like 2 people in my lobbies, but since im on console i cant check player counts and it would suck if i get to iceborne and theres like 4 players :/
