Where to buy clothes for tall & skinny toddler?

Hi all! I have a daughter who is 21 months old and very skinny/on the tall side for her age. She is between 24-25lbs and probably 33-34 inches tall. She’s in a weird stage right now where her 18m clothes (particularly pants) are way too small—they’re more capris at this point—but 2T doesn’t stay up because she’s thin.

Anyone have a kiddo with similar body type with recommendations for where to shop? Carter’s and Cat & Jack have been our go-to but Carter’s 24m runs too big and the latter doesn’t seem to make much in that size.
